We're excited to announce the launch of Pages for Change, a brand-new two-year project funded by The National Lottery Community Fund! This initiative brings free journaling workshops to young people aged 16-25 across Crewe, Nantwich, and the wider Cheshire East area.

What We're Offering
Pages for Change provides weekly in-person junk journaling workshops designed to support mental wellbeing through creativity and self-expression. Every session is a safe, welcoming space where young people can explore their thoughts, feelings, goals, and identities without judgement.
All materials are supplied - journals, pens, collage supplies, and everything you need to get creative. We'll also provide light snacks and wellbeing signposting to ensure participants feel supported throughout their journaling journey. For those who can't attend in person or live outside the area, we're offering online supportive workshops so everyone can access this valuable resource.
Why Journaling Matters
Journaling is a proven tool for building resilience, managing stress, and processing emotions. Through junk journaling - a creative, hands-on approach - young people can develop lifelong skills for mental wellbeing in a fun, engaging way.
Thanks to National Lottery players, we can make this support accessible to local young people who need it most.
